Kristen B. Rozansky

Founder & Principal

Throughout my career, I have been drawn to institutions at pivotal moments: welcoming a new president or dean, preparing for a campaign, reshaping an advancement program, or navigating significant organizational change. I founded Bridgewater Advancement Partners to help mission-driven organizations move through those moments with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

I have served in senior advancement roles at Yale University, Harvard University, Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, Penn State University, and the Jackson Laboratory. Over three decades, I have worked alongside presidents, dean, governing boards, volunteers, faculty leaders, and philanthropists to strengthen advancement organizations, secure transformational investments, and build enduring relationships with alumni, friends, and donors.

I currently serve as Associate Dean for Alumni Engagement and Development at Yale Law School, where I lead the school’s fundraising and alumni engagement strategy. My experience includes comprehensive campaigns ranging from $150 million to more than $9 billion, multiple eight-figure gifts, and the successful transformation of advancement organizations during periods of institutional growth and leadership transition.

I believe that successful fundraising is never just about raising money. It begins with listening carefully, building trust, aligning people around a shared vision, and helping leaders translate ambition into action. Those principles continue to guide my work with every Bridgewater client.
